Tarragona City

Few minutes drive from the hotel I used to live is Tarragona City, a city full of historic places.

Kitz, a Filipino colleague, knew some of our Kababayan there, so we went to visit. They all welcome us to their humble home and kind enough to share to us Filipino food (which I miss so much). When I went there, I can’t get over with the bagoong. It seemed that I haven’t eaten it for such a long time. And I said to my self, “This is the best lunch I had so far in Spain”. After that dainty meal, we walked along the rambla of Tarragona.

We also went to the Walled City. It is literally walled. But you can find lots of stuff there. There are restaurants, hotel, and small shops. There are actually people living inside the walled city. Got some few pictures in Tarragona.

we happened to pass through this big compass

while going down the stairs, unfortunately, i slipped. it hurt but still trying to smile

this is the Ruins of Tarragona

On our way to the walled city, we happened to see a museum, so we dropped by. They have exhibits of the festivals that Catalunya celebrated and they showcased giant figures which are part of the festivals.
